I am a Licensed professional counselor with more than twenty years of experience in the field of counseling. My goal as a clinician is to help individuals and families deal with their struggles, working with them to build appropriate skills as necessary and harness strategies to effectively deal with them. In addition to being a professional, I am also a Christian therapist who values an individual’s faith values. Faith can be an important component in therapy and when appropriate, I provide counseling from a Christian/ biblical world view too.

I work with individuals, families struggling with emotional distress like depression, anxiety, and anger. For clients seeking Christian counseling, I integrate the counseling approach with a Christian worldview based on biblical principles and values.
